Le Sigh …

Filed under: Love life, My lifeMonique @ 11:15 pm

I had a lovely dinner date tonight with J. I ordered the mahi mahi, which was REALLY dry; but no worries, as J. ate his entire dinner then started in on mine (with my permission). I picked at my salad (spinach and red onion, with balsamic vinegar) and cous cous (but just a tiny bit of that, as I realized it would probably expand in my tiny tummy). Afterwards we went to get his dog and took him for a walk … then settled in for an evening of TV watching. That lasted about 30 minutes LOL. He is so stinking cute, OMG, and I can barely keep my hands off of the guy. He invited me over tomorrow evening for dinner … although I’m not sure if he is actually going to cook something or order in.

It’s after midnight, I really need to stop sitting here all googly-eyed and go to bed. One good thing about Miss Laci’s whackadoo work schedule is that I always have someone to call at midnight LOL. But, then the bitch ruined it by exclaiming, “Happy birthday! Halfway to 40!” I said, “Bitch, I’m 34, not 35.” “Oh. That’s right … Happy one year closer to 40!” Stupid under-30 bitch. LOL

  4. You know, me and my fiance had cute dates like that and it led to where we are now, engaged! Speaking of mahi-mahi, one night before one of our dates out, he surprised me with a diamond engagement ring he bought me on http://www.idonowidont.com and then when we out to eat some mahi-mahi and shared a milkshake. I hope you and this guy last, could lead to what me and my fiance have!
