Monique @ 3:57 pm Today was the Indy 500 parade; the route ended one block over and two blocks down from my building. I had every intention of walking over there to see what I could see but, instead, was in the middle of my marketing plan project for school. UGH. This thing is a bitch. Thank God week 5 of 8 starts Monday … I am slowly but surely getting through this and the never-ending group project! And tonight … I have a Red Wings game to look forward to — it’s game 1 of the Stanley Cup finals! Wheeeeeee!
Tonight I need to make my grocery list for this liver-reduction diet I’m going to be starting. But tonight I’m going to eat up some frozen chicken fried rice (stfu, it’s good!).

Ooooo chicken fried rice sure sounds food! Is it like egg fried rice? I haven’t heard of it before. Liver-reduction diet? Sounds a little scary to me. But then again I scare easily…

Jen — It was a bit greasy but good!
Colin — LOL the diet is another pre-surgery thing … apparently your liver holds on to sugar and starches, so not eating those things make your liver shrink and thus, make it easier for the surgeon to do the surgery laproscopically. And there’s no eating liver, thank God! It’s mostly lean protein and vegetables.

I had some very greasy chicken from Popeye’s which is so bad for you. But you have to go crazy now and then.

Ricardo — Pfft. No. My invitation must have been lost in the mail. I did have an enjoyable view of 2 port-a-potties across the street though. The homeless people seemed to like the convenience.
