They're especially bad if there is a low pressure system coming through. I take two Excedrin migraine, two sudafed (the kind you show ID for, not that PE crap) and then 45 minutes later, I take two Midol. I don't know how or why, but if I catch it in time, with that combination, I can avoid a full on, days long migraine.
