While a lot of us may like our jobs, bottom line, money is the most important thing. I mean, it’s not like I’d keep going to work if the paychecks stopped rolling in. A lot of company’s recognize this and now, pay for performance is an important trend. I mean, we’ve all got that one co-worker who does jack shit at work but gets paid more than you do, right? However, properly rewarding top producers and allocating pay increases across an organization can be a complex, laborious and error-prone task—especially if it is being managed manually using a plethora of spreadsheets and paper.
