The cats were annoying me — swarming around me, trying to sit on me — so I broke out the catnip. Now they’re both asleep. Heh. Reggie’s on the couch, I have no idea where Mr. Man is. He probably snuck out to the bar across the street to score some more.
I am good at doing major stuff — like moving my furniture — but it’s the detail work I hate to do. I still have these little piles all over the apartment and I don’t know what to do with the stuff. It’s so tempting to throw all the crap back into the drawers in my coffee table but that won’t really solve anything. So I guess the piles will stay as is until I either get sick of them or someone that I want to impress comes over.
How is it 1:30 already?!?! All I’ve done today is eat breakfast, read the paper and take a ton of trash out. That took 3 trips down and up the stairs to haul everything out. Somehow I had amassed this collection of candles in my cupboards, candles I should have pitched a while ago. They make the trash heavy. Now I’m burning a Yankee Buttercream candle (yum) and some cheap-ass vanilla candle from an ex-boyfriend. No wonder I’m hungry.
Don’t forget about my radio spectacular with Mr. Fabulous tonight. Ok if it’s 1:30 now and the show starts at 7 … I need to start drinking at 6:30. Ha, I kid. Not really. Don’t feel bad if you can’t call in. You’re still expected to listen to the hour-long program later. 
I reactivated my match.com subscription last month. I signed up for six months b/c they have that “find someone special” guarantee. I am into my second month and I’ll be damned if I am paying for it. Refund, here I come! LOL

I canceled the Match.com thing. Getting ready to cancel that singlesnet.com thing too. Mate1.com is free for women. Full membership, everything - FREE. I did not get my money back at Match because there are certain criteria you HAVE to meet in order to be eligible for the guarantee. Let me know if you get yours back.
You did a great radio show tonight! I listened for the whole hour live, instead of listening to it later.

I tend to associate Match with “asses”….Crazy Ass, Asshole and Dumbass were all products of Match which was reason enough for me to cancel my subscription without hesitation and move on.
Sadly, I moved on to Singlesnet which apparently has even lower standards in applicants than I do where I found an even longer list of “asses”…Immature Ass, Sex Addict Ass, In Between Jobs Ass, Three Children by Three Different Women Ass and Loud and Obnoxious Ass. I never actually paid for a membership with Singlesnet so technically there was no real loss…except if you count the hours, days, weeks and months of my life spent on the “asses” it produced.
I’m a little leary about heading over to Mate1…mostly because if I were to run into anymore “asses”, I’d have to seriously start questioning myself rather than my choices in dating services but eh…I’ll let you know how it goes.
