My friend Jennifer’s birthday is tomorrow. We have known each other since high school. We met in our 10th grade into to journalism class. Jennifer also is having surgery Tuesday. Have I bought her a card for either event? Not until today. What was the excuse I gave myself? That I’ve been so busy with work, that I forgot to buy her a card.
Oh snap.

I was just thinking that I haven’t sent out my cards. I’ve had three friend’s have their child’s first birthday this month and I haven’t sent out zip and my Mom’s birthday is Tuesday and I bought the gift, but not the card. I use that same excuse too.
And then I feel guilty as hell forever…

Dramedy Girl — Glad to know I’m not the only lazy one, but that doesn’t really solve the larger issue! It’s so easy to run to Hallmark and buy a few cards, but it is a legitimate pain in the ass to go get stamps. Yeah, that was another excuse I told myself lol.
