		<description>Ease into it you'll get back into it.  I was really sick and couldn't work out for a month.  When I did, even the 15 pound weights were rough.  Push ups?  I thought I was going to pass out.  But I got back to where I was and beyond.  But I'm still a scrawny guy. What can you do?</description>
